Jeffrey M. Neff
Jeffrey M. Neff is a real estate attorney in Tucson that has also been certified as a Real Estate Specialist since 1986 by the Arizona Board of Legal Specialization. Certification requires that applicants show "a high degree of professionalism" and a "high degree of competence in the practice of real estate law." He graduated with distinction from the University of Arizona in 1975, with a degree in Anthropology & Economics, and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1978. He was admitted to the Arizona and Federal Bar in 1978.
Since 1978, as a Tucson real estate lawyer, Jeff's practice has emphasized all aspects of real estate law, including Tucson real estate litigation and transactions. He also has experienced practicing as an attorney in estate planning, wills, probate and trusts, along with business consulting, including bankruptcy, workouts, and entity formation. He has authored several articles on real estate and other issues and has taught seminars for the legal and real estate community in Tucson.
Practices Before: Superior Courts in Pima, Cochise, Maricopa, and other Arizona Counties; U.S. District Court of Arizona; U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit; U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Arizona; Arizona Court of Appeals; County Boards of Supervisors; City Councils; Arizona Real Estate Commission; Arizona State Tax Court; Pima County Board of Tax Appeals; and the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.

Debra C. Griffith graduated with high distinction from the University of Arizona in 1996 with a degree in Political Science & Economics and received her Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona College of Law in 2000. She was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 2000. Before relocating to Tucson in 2007, Debra practiced as a real estate attorney in Phoenix with a law firm emphasizing real estate development, municipal law, including planning and zoning, and litigation in related matters.
